Program description
When you opt in, Tinkham Homes may send you text messages related to your real estate inquiry. These may include replies to your questions, property listings and showing details, appointment confirmations and reminders, transaction updates, market information you have requested, and related customer-care messages. Messages are sent by Chelsea Tinkham and the Tinkham Homes team.
How to opt in
You can opt in by checking the SMS-consent box on a form on the Site, by texting us first, or by giving Chelsea Tinkham your verbal or written consent. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your inquiry and activity with us. Most people receive a few messages a month, and more during an active search or transaction.
